Since 1987

Rosa’s one rule: never fill a cannoli early.

Rosa opened the shop with two ovens and a recipe card. Her grandkids still run it, and the card still hangs over the piping bags.

A cannoli filled at 6am is soggy by noon. So every shell waits empty in the case until you point at it. It takes us twenty seconds longer. It’s worth it.

Good questions

Before you come in

How much notice do you need for a party tray?

24 hours. Order by 4pm the day before. For Christmas Eve, Easter and Mother’s Day, order a week ahead because we cap the number of trays.

Can I get cannoli unfilled to fill at home?

Yes. We pack shells and filling separately with a piping bag, so they stay crisp for a party later in the day.

Do you have anything without nuts?

Butter cookies and sprinkle rings have no nuts in the recipe, but almonds, pine nuts and pistachios are used everywhere in our kitchen. If an allergy is serious, please call before you order.

Do you ship or deliver?

No shipping: pastry this fresh doesn’t travel well. Order ahead and pick up, or call us about large orders nearby.

Do you take cards?

Cards, tap to pay and cash. Online orders are paid when you order, so pickup takes a minute.
