Demo only: this concept page doesn't send or save anything. On a real site this button opens the practice's own HIPAA-ready booking tool, where new patients also fill out their forms.

Your first visit

No surprises. Here's the whole hour.

  1. Before

    Forms on your phone

A text with a secure link to your forms, so you're not filling out a clipboard in the waiting room.

  2. 0 min

    Say hi, take a seat

Water, a blanket if you want one, and headphones with your own music.

  3. 5 min

Tell us how you feel about dentists

Nervous is normal. We agree on a stop signal: raise your hand and we pause, every time.

  4. 10 min

A look around, X-rays if due

We explain each step before we do it.

  5. 25 min

    The cleaning

Gentle and unhurried. You can ask for breaks.

  6. 50 min

What we found, in plain words

Photos on the screen, options, and a written price for anything we suggest. Nothing gets done today unless you say yes.

  7. 60 min

Done. Book the next one at the desk or on your phone

    Text reminders before every visit.

Nervous? Take a minute first.

Four slow breaths, with the circle. Lots of our patients do this in the waiting room.

A big leafy plant in a cream pot beside a window, next to a white stool.
Pale wood shelves with a trailing plant above a white counter and sink.

The office

Daylight, plants, and nobody rushing you.

A converted saltbox house with a ramp at the side door and everything on one floor. Stroller and wheelchair friendly. Street parking on 3rd and a garage on Maple.

Who you'll see

A small team that remembers you

What patients say

“I actually booked the next one.”

Reviews are fictional, written for this concept. A real site shows real reviews word for word with a link to the Google listing, and never reviews about treatment results.

Questions people ask before they call

Do you take my insurance?

We're in network with most PPO plans; use the insurance checker above. If we're out of network, you can still come: we give you a written estimate first and file the claim for you.

It's been years. Will I get a lecture?

No. Whether it's been six months or six years, we start where you are and make a plan you can afford.

What if I don't have insurance?

You'll see the price before anything happens. Ask about our in-house savings plan, which covers two cleanings and exams a year for a monthly fee (example: $29 a month).

I have a toothache right now. What do I do?

Call (555) 010-0163. We keep same-day spots for emergencies when the schedule allows. For spreading swelling, trouble breathing or swallowing, or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Where do I fill out my new-patient forms?

After you book, you get a secure link to the practice's own booking tool to fill them out on your phone. This concept page doesn't collect any information.

Do you see kids?

Yes, from the first tooth. Book siblings back to back and we'll keep it short.

Ready when you are.
