Before you book
Questions people ask at the desk.
Do you take walk-ins?
When a seat is free, yes. Weekday afternoons are your best bet. Booking online is the only way to be sure of a time and an artist.
How long do gel and chrome last?
Usually two to three weeks. If a nail lifts or chips in the first five days, come back and we fix it free.
I have gel on from another salon. Can you take it off?
Yes. Removal is $15 on its own and free when you book a new set. Add 20 minutes.
How is art priced?
Level 1 (two accent nails) is $15, Level 2 (simple art on all ten) is $30, Level 3 (detailed, hand-painted) starts at $50. Your artist confirms the price before starting.
What if I’m late or need to cancel?
Cancel or move your set from the reminder text up to 4 hours before. After 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or move you.
