Do you charge to come out?

There's a $59 trip fee. If you go ahead with the repair, it's waived. If you don't, that's all you pay.

Do you really pick up at night?

Yes. Nights, Sundays and holidays a plumber on call answers the phone. After-hours visits add $75, and we tell you before we roll.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Master Plumber license #PL-00000 (fictional), and we carry liability insurance. Ask and we'll text you the certificate.

I smell gas. Should I call you?

Not first. Leave the house, don't flip switches, and call your gas company or 911 from outside. Once it's safe, we can repair the line.

How do I pay?

Card, debit or a payment link texted to your phone when the job's done. Financing is available on new water heaters.
