Will my final price match the range?
Yes. Your stylist confirms the price at the start of your visit, before any color is mixed. If your hair needs more than planned, they ask you first. You never pay past the top of the range without saying yes.
Do I need a patch test?
If you haven’t had color with us in the last 6 months, yes: a 2-minute allergy test behind the ear at least 48 hours before your color. Drop in any time we’re open.
What’s a color consult and does it cost anything?
It’s 15 minutes with a stylist to look at your hair, talk about what you want and give you a written price. It’s free, and you can book it on its own.
Do you take a deposit?
For color over 2 hours we hold a card. Cancel or move it at least 48 hours ahead and nothing is charged. Inside 48 hours it’s 50% of the low end of your range.
Can I bring a photo?
Please do. Two or three photos of what you like, and one of what you don’t, help more than anything.
