Your first custom piece

From idea to healed.

  1. 01

    Request

    Send the idea, placement and size. Your artist replies within two days.

  2. 02

    Consult

    Fifteen minutes in the studio or on video. We size it on you and agree a price range.

  3. 03

    Deposit

    $100 online holds the date. It comes off your last session.

  4. 04

    Session

    See the drawing first, change what you want, then we start. Eat first, skip the drinks the night before.

  5. 05

    Heal

    Aftercare card and text check-ins. Free touch-up in the first three months.

Aftercare

Heal it right.

Most tattoos look healed in two to three weeks; the skin keeps settling for a few months. Your artist will give you a card for your piece. Follow that first.

  1. Day 1 Leave the wrap on

    Keep the wrap on as long as your artist says. Then wash with clean hands, lukewarm water and a mild unscented soap. Pat dry with paper towel.

  2. Days 2 to 14 Thin and clean

    Wash twice a day. A thin layer of fragrance-free lotion, not a thick coat. Flaking and itching are normal. Don't pick, scratch or peel.

  3. 2 weeks Stay out of the water

    No pools, baths, hot tubs, sea or tanning until it's healed. Showers are fine. Loose clothes over fresh work.

  4. For life Sunscreen

    Once healed, SPF 30 or higher on it every time it sees the sun. Sun is what fades tattoos fastest.

Spreading redness, heat, pus, fever or anything that gets worse instead of better: call a doctor, then call us. A reaction can show up years later too; a dermatologist can check it.

Before you come in

  • 18 and over only, with a valid government photo ID. No exceptions, even with a parent.
  • Eat a real meal and drink water. No alcohol the night before.
  • Wear clothes that give easy access to the spot.
  • Every needle and cartridge is single-use and opened in front of you.
  • Need an accessible station or a quieter room? Tell us when you book and we'll set it up.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, from 4 PM every day we're open, first come first served. Walk-ins are best for flash and small pieces. Call or text first to check the wait.

How does Flash Friday work?

A new sheet goes up every Friday. Each design is tattooed once. Claim one online with a $50 deposit, or walk in from 4 PM and pick from what's left.

Can I bring my own design?

Bring it as a reference. Your artist will redraw it so it works as a tattoo and fits your body. We don't copy another artist's tattoo.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits come off your final price. Move your appointment once with 48 hours' notice and it carries over. Missed appointments lose the deposit.

Does it hurt?

Some. Ribs, feet and hands are the spiciest; outer arm and thigh are easiest. We take breaks whenever you need one.

Do you do cover-ups?

Yes. Juno and Rafa do most of them. Send a clear photo of the old tattoo with your request.
