Who we are
1 Train Digital designs websites and helps local businesses get found on Google, Google Maps and AI apps. You can reach us at hello@1traindigital.com.
Paying
- Packages and websites: half of the start-up price when you order, and the other half when your site or setup goes live.
- Small one-time items, like Quick Start, an AI check, a website check-up or a tap-to-review kit, are paid in full when you order.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number.
- Monthly plans start when your work goes live. They have a three-month minimum, then you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise to do the work described in your order, carefully and on the schedule we agree on, and to show you what changed every month on monthly plans. We can't promise any ranking on Google, or that ChatGPT or any other app will recommend you. Those companies decide what they show.
Changes and revisions
Each website includes two rounds of changes. Bigger changes after that, or work that wasn't in the order, are quoted before we do them.
Refunds
If you cancel before we've started work, we refund your payment in full. After work has started, we refund the part of the payment for work we haven't done yet. Physical items like stands and cards can't be returned once they've been set up for your business.
Who owns what
Once your website is paid for in full, it's yours. Your web address, Google listing and reviews are always yours. If you leave, we hand everything over.
Your part
You make sure the facts, photos and logos you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You approve your site before it goes live.
Reviews
We don't write, buy or filter reviews, and we don't offer customers rewards for reviews. Tap-to-review stands send every customer to the same Google review page.
