Websites for real estate agents
Websites for real estate agents
We build websites for independent agents and small brokerages that feel as easy to search as the big listing apps, but lead to you instead of a call center. Buyers and renters filter your listings and book a tour, sellers ask what their home is worth, and everyone can call or text you in one tap.
Showcase concept
Hudson & Hall
A fictional four-agent brokerage with a listing search (rent or buy, beds, price, pets, laundry and more, with a neighborhood map that follows the filters), a 7-day tour picker and a what's-my-home-worth request.
Hudson & Hall is a fictional business we made up to show what we build for real estate agents. Open it on your phone.

Searching starts on a phone
Half of repeat buyers start by looking at homes online. Your listings get the filters people expect (price, beds, rent or buy, pets, laundry) and they work with a thumb on a phone.
A referral still checks you out
Most buyers and sellers pick an agent through a referral or someone they've used before, then look you up. Your site confirms the referral: real reviews, who you are, the neighborhoods you know and how you work.
Tours, fast
Every listing has a tour button that opens a day-and-time picker or your scheduling app, so people can ask to see a place the minute they find it.
Sellers want a number
A short what's-my-home-worth request that sends the details to you, so you can reply with a real market analysis. No made-up instant prices.
Fair housing, built in
Listing and neighborhood copy that describes the home and what's nearby, not who should live there, plus the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and statement on every page.

What it costs
Most real estate agents start with Growth: Regular price $3,900 Launch price $2,900 to start, then $399 a month. Launch pricing runs through December 31, 2026. Every website includes care: kept updated, backed up and secure, with small changes done within two business days.
Questions real estate owners ask
Can my MLS listings show up on the site automatically?
Yes, through your own IDX provider. Listing data comes from your MLS under your license, and your MLS sets the rules for how it's shown. You keep your IDX account (or pick one with your MLS), and we connect it to your site and style it to match. We don't own or sell listing data, so what shows up depends on your MLS and IDX provider.
What does a real estate website cost?
Most agents fit our Growth plan: $2,900 to start at launch pricing (regular $3,900), then $399 a month. That covers a website of up to 12 pages so each neighborhood gets its own page, fixing up your Google Maps listing, an AI check and fixes, and monthly site care, weekly posts, review replies and a report. Half to start, half when you go live. Your IDX service is billed separately by your IDX provider.
Do you write the listing and neighborhood copy?
We write it with you, in plain words that describe the home and what's nearby. We keep it in line with fair housing advertising rules and you sign off on every page before it goes live.
Will it get me more leads?
We can't promise leads or rankings, and anyone who does isn't being honest. What we do is make it easy for people who already found you, or were referred to you, to search your listings, book a tour or ask what their home is worth, and we fix up your Google Maps listing so you're easier to find.
Do you only work with agents near you?
We're based in Hoboken, New Jersey, and we work with real estate agents anywhere in the US by phone and video.
